1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the JD Tech Studio website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
JD Tech Studio provides custom software development services including web applications, websites, SaaS platforms, and e-commerce solutions. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in a separate project agreement or proposal signed by both parties.
We reserve the right to decline any project inquiry at our discretion.
3. Project Agreements
All client projects are governed by a separate written agreement that outlines:
- Project scope, deliverables, and timeline
- Payment terms and milestones
- Revision and feedback process
- Ownership and intellectual property rights
Submitting a project inquiry via our website does not constitute a binding contract. A project begins only upon signing a formal agreement.
4. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in each individual project agreement. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins. Failure to make payments on time may result in work being paused or the agreement being terminated.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom code and assets created specifically for their project. JD Tech Studio retains the right to display the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or internal components used in the delivery of the project.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, project details, and business data as confidential. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
JD Tech Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Warranty
We provide a 30-day bug fix warranty on all delivered work. This covers defects in code written by us and does not cover issues arising from third-party services, hosting environments, or changes made by the client after delivery.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
